ESL Level 1 course is a beginner’s course where students will learn vocabulary to support basic conversation. Students will study themes such as, but not limited to: personal information, school, friends and family, health, and directions. Students are required to both self-assess and complete a graded midterm and final exam.
ESL level 2 course is an intermediate / beginner’s course where students will build on their English language skills to learn words and phrases to support informal and formal conversations. Students will study themes such as, but not limited to: time, shopping, work, daily living, and free time. This course has a stronger focus on grammar and written and spoken nuances. Students are required to both self-assess and complete a graded midterm and final.
ESL level 3 course is an intermediate course where students will build on their English language skills to develop a deeper understanding of the English Language. Students will study topics such as, but not limited to: describing yourself and others, daily activities, health, locations, and life skills.
