Master of Global Leadership Ministry (MGLM)

The founder of Chun University has been working closely on Kingdom Inter-Missions Network (KIM NET) until now, which began in December 2002. Founded for the purpose of retraining missionaries and exchanging useful information during the missionary sabbatical, KIM NET is now expending its scope of activities to more than 200 missionaries from the world. In this background, Chun University opened the Master of Global Leadership Ministry program in the need to operate a curriculum for their systematic re-education.

Religious organizations mainly operate with one of their major goals being to minister to their congregation and communities in a local or global church. As ministry happens and the church grows, there needs to be some sort of system in place to keep track of the visitors, members, volunteers, events, and finances. Managing these tasks can be quite complicated without established procedures and programs. That’s why it’s important for churches to have a administrator to help tackle the ins and outs of the tasks related to the work of ministry.

The Master of Global Leadership Ministry degree is for equipping those whose desire is to serve the Lord in some type of professional global ministry capacity by organized leadership. It is especially unique among those seeking preparation for pastoral or classroom ministry, or any other ministry where the primary task is expositing the Word of God.
