The student may request a copy of his/her record in person or through a representative authorized by them in a written consent, provided that all financial obligations have been meet. Chun University safely and securely maintains the files of students. Student records remain active in the institution for one year after the last day of attendance. Transcript are maintained indefinitely. Financial records are held for seven (7) years. After the established years of commitment have expired, former students or graduates will be charged a fee of $ 25 for additional restoration of the records available in the institution.
