The Federal Student Privacy Act of 1974 relates to the privacy of students, and it is designed to protect the privacy of their records. Students and parents of dependent students have the right to inspect and review the student’s records safely stored in the premises. Chun University require written authorization from the student or the designated representative before disclosing any individual information.
